Aviation is unforgiving of even the smallest errors!

I remember the advice my father gave me when I started flying, that aviation is harshly unforgiving of even the smallest errors! My heart felt Condolences and prayers for the souls and families of the Mangalore crash RIP!

I deeply regret the loss of lives in the tragic air accidents; my heart goes out to the families of the victims. I pray for quick recovery of those injured…

Have urged the DGCA to speedily investigate this accident and determine the cause of accident and recommend steps to improve the safety of Mangalore Airport if any deficiencies exist currently. I have also urged the Government of India to reach out to the families and loved ones of the passengers who have died in this tragic accident and provide all relief and assistance.

Mangalore happened over two months back. Black box was recovered in one wek. Sent for analysis to US. What happened after that. Is it another statistic to be buried along with the dead, whilst the guilty continue to live without any stigma, is there another accident wating to happen by people with the same attitude to work ??? When will we learn.
