2792:   SHRI RAJEEV CHANDRASEKHAR:

 Will the Minister of COAL be pleased to state: 

(a)   (KPCL) is    pending with Government. 

(b)   If so, the details thereof; 

(c)    Whether coal blocks have not been allocated despite the fact that potential coal blocks are available in the South Eastern Coalfields Limited; 

(d)   If so, the reasons therefore; and 

(e)   The corrective measures Government proposes· to take· to accede to tl].is request of the State Government?
